Aishling Croke is carded by Irish Athletics.
Aishling Croke who only turns 16 years of age this year is ranked #4 high jumper in Ireland and who has broken high jump records in most competitions this year has become the second Dooneen athlete of all time to be carded by the AAI. Outstanding sprinter Jane Dickenson was previously carded. Aishling who is one of several outstanding athletes attending Crescent College, has a current PB of 1.73m has had a spectacular year this year including representing Ireland at schools level. Coached by her father Brian a handy athlete in his day, her twin sister Bronagh is another rising star and one to watch out for at middle distance.

Being carded will mean extra support and top class coaching for Aishling including specialist jump training camps and she will also receive some financial supprt towards her preparation and competition costs in the year ahead.

Best of luck to Aishling and congratulations to all the Croke family.
