Aidan & Tracey take on Dungarvan 10 mile Print E-mail

Congratulations to Aidan & Tracey, who completed the John Treacy 10 miler today in Dungarvan. It's early season yet and both runners ran very respectable times of 74 mins and 63 mins respectively. Both are looking forward to a busy season of racing in 2012.

Meet n Train / Fit4Life - Meet n Train / Fit4Life sessions started in Raheen on Friday evenings 6-7pm in February 2010 and has continued on into 2011 with great success. We cater for all levels/abilities...from complete beginners (walk-a-little-run-a-little) to people who may have already run a few 10km runs but want to improve or perhaps move up to complete a half-marathon.
