Countdown has begun...2 weeks to Dooneen 4-miler! Anyone willing to lend a hand by stewarding, baking, handing out water or simply supporting the runners, please contact Tracey (087-6989493). Everyone is more than welcome to partake in the run also...from beginners to pros, whether you'll cover the distance in 20minutes or >40 minutes, all are welcome! 5 Euro entry. Thursday August 5th - 6.30pm Registration, race start at 7.30pm sharp.

Meet n Train / Fit4Life - Meet n Train / Fit4Life sessions started in Raheen on Friday evenings 6-7pm in February 2010 and has continued on into 2011 with great success. We cater for all levels/abilities...from complete beginners (walk-a-little-run-a-little) to people who may have already run a few 10km runs but want to improve or perhaps move up to complete a half-marathon.
