Runners of all abilities are welcome and we hope to accomodate same in terms of prizes e.g. Top number of Male/Female across the line (number not yet confirmed) & also prizes for the Top number of Fit4Life Male/Females across the line, as well as some spot prizes...

There will also be a tech T-shirt for anyone completing 3 of the 4 events.

Meet n Train / Fit4Life - Meet n Train / Fit4Life sessions started in Raheen on Friday evenings 6-7pm in February 2010 and has continued on into 2011 with great success. We cater for all levels/abilities...from complete beginners (walk-a-little-run-a-little) to people who may have already run a few 10km runs but want to improve or perhaps move up to complete a half-marathon.
