While Timmy Crowe was packing his bags for London at the weekend, the younger sprinters and hurdlers had a very useful workout in Nenagh v the local Olympians club abd Craughwell AC from Galway, under the watchful eye of Phil Roche and specialist hurdles coach Liam O'Hora.
