parkrun
Anthony Harty, Shona O’Flynn, and Seamus O’Flynn ran Clarisford
parkrun in Killaloe, while Brian Halpin, Niall Bennis, James Connolly,
Louise Matthews, Ger Meehan, Catherine Sheehan, John Sheehan,
Breda Leo (who ran her 100 th parkrun!), Marion O’Halloran, Eileen
Reeves, and Kat Reddan all ran Mungret parkrun.

Club Membership
Club membership for 2020 is now due and should be paid before the
end of January. Membership has many benefits and if you are not
registered you are not covered by Athletics Ireland insurance and
therefore you can’t train with the club. You can join Dooneen or
renew your membership online.

Upcoming Fixtures
– ULRC Run Series 5K, every Wednesday for 6 weeks starting on
February 19 th , UL Boathouse, 7pm
– Limerick 4-Mile Road Championships, March 15 th , Dromcollogher,
1pm
– Mallow 10-Mile Road Race, Mallow, March 22nd , 12:30pm
– Michal Rejmer 10-Mile Road Race, Patrickswell, May 24 th, 11am

Adult Training​
Adult Training takes place at 6:15pm on Tuesday & 7pm on Thursday
in UL. Fit4Life/Meet and Train takes place in Mungret at 6:15pm on
Fridays. Long run takes place every Sunday at 9am in UL or Cratloe.

Juvenile Training
Juvenile training takes place every Monday night at 7pm & every
Thursday night at 6.30pm in Crescent Comprehensive. There is also
training at the track in UL every Saturday at 10am. Athletes must be
turning 8 during 2020 to be eligible to join. All levels of ability are
